A Greek white variety of grapes with a great oenological interest that for many years was forgotten but has been revived for the last 20 years and is now at its peak. Malagousia gives us fresh, light white wines with beautiful aromas of summer fruits and flowers. Our malagousia is ideal as an aperitif, to serve it before the meal (lunchtime or evening) or to enjoy it instead of some other drink at a wine bar or a party. At the table, it will accompany light and summer dishes, such as fish and seafood, as well as olives, rich in fresh herbs. Suggested serving temperature 10-12⁰C.
