Vides are traditional Italian fusilli, a cylindrical pasta twisted at the ends. The name comes from the Latin word penna, meaning “quill” or “spike.” Favored by chefs for pairing with all kinds of sauces, Vides add texture and elegance to any dish. Originating from Southern Italy, they enrich our product range with authentic Italian flavor.

Cooking Instructions (Serves 4):

Boil 2.5 liters of water with a pinch of salt in a pot.
Add 500 g of pasta and cook for 7–10 minutes.
Drain without rinsing and drizzle with melted butter.
Serve with grated cheese, yogurt, or your preferred sauce.

Ingredients: Hard wheat flour, egg, milk, salt. May contain traces of vegetables, sesame, and other types of flour.
