Bulgur– Traditional Greek Pasta

Bulgur is a wholesome cereal made from peeled, parboiled, and dried wheat. It bridges culinary traditions from the Middle East to Europe and is widely used to enrich salads and cooked dishes, particularly in the Thrace region of Greece.

Cooking Instructions (Serves 4):

Cut and thoroughly wash the chicken.
Boil the chicken with 3 medium fresh tomatoes (grated) or tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and 2 ½ cups of water until the chicken is tender.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, add 500 g of bulgur, and bake at 180°C (356°F) for 10 minutes.

Ingredients: Hard wheat, peeled, parboiled, and broken. May contain traces of sesame and other cereals.
