Thracian Couscous (or “Kouskousi”) consists of small, asymmetrical pasta pearls. Loved by both children and adults, it pairs perfectly with a wide variety of dishes.
Cooking Instructions (Serves 4):
Boil 2.5 liters of water with a pinch of salt in a pot.
Add 500 g of couscous and cook for 7–10 minutes.
Drain without rinsing and drizzle with melted butter.
Serve with grated cheese, yogurt, or your favorite sauce.
Ingredients: Semolina, hard wheat flour, egg, milk, salt. May contain traces of vegetables, sesame, and other types of flour.
