Our brief

history

The Oikonomou family founded the traditional pasta workshop “Thrakiotiki Zymi” in 2004. Its mission is to preserve and promote the recipes and flavors of the rich culinary tradition of Thrace. Our workshop is located in Aigeiro, just a few kilometers outside the city of Komotini. Today, the second generation of the family continues, with passion and dedication to quality, to bring tradition to your table.
